night deposit box at 4747 Spring Grove Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45232 is available for after-hours dropoff.

The City Treasurer's Office at Cincinnati City Hall, 801 Plum Street, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday

The City of Mason Municipal Center, 6000 Mason-Montgomery Road, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. A drop box is also located in front of the Center for after-hours payment.
If your water service is turned off or in jeopardy of being turned off, please DO NOT mail your payment or place it in the night deposit box. Please make your payment in person for immediate receipt. If you have any questions about your bill, call us at 513-591-7700.
