Citywide Customer Service Call Center

The Customer Service Call Center is the gateway to the City of Cincinnati as we are committed to achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction.   Our mission is to exceed customer expectations by providing accurate information that is communicated in an efficient and effective manner through the integration of people and technology.

Mission

The Customer Service Call Center offers readily accessible customer service professionals who are focused on facilitating and resolving citizen concerns as well as individual and community requests. Immediate access to our Customer Service Representatives is available via email, telephone, and fax 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling 591-6000 or completing the  on-line service request. The on-line service request is just one of the many ways that the Department of Public Services is working to fulfill its commitment to provide citizens with quality customer service.
