2008 Permit Request | Official Permit Rules

In order to receive a 2008 permit for fields and courts, you must:
• Pay off balances due for previous permits.

The Recreation Commission has asked us to gather additional information about who is actually using CRC fields. (adult vs. youth; resident vs. out of city) Information supplied in 2007 may be used to secure your initial permits. Before your first scheduled game you must update us with your 2008 information.
• provide a practice schedule of coaches / teams using each field per day
• provide team rosters (include names, addresses, ages of players, for each field used)
• provide a game schedule for every team using CRC fields / courts
• 2007 payments must be made prior to permits being issued
Permits will not be issued without this information on file in the Recreation offices.

Youth organizations $ 2 / time slot / day    
Jr. / Sr. High Schools $ 4 / time slot / day    
Adults   $12 / time slot / day    

Time Slots
#1: 9 a.m. - noon
#2: noon – 3 p.m.
#3: 3 p.m. – 6 p.m.
#4: 6 p.m. – dark 
#5: Lighted
#6: hourly
Lights   $35/hour + fee for attendant   

Tennis Court Rates
Youth organizations $ 4 / hour / court   
Adults   $ 8 / hour / court
Special rates at Lunken tennis courts, Spinney, Hille and Roselawn Fields. Call 352-4020 for general information and special rates.

Organizations returning from last Spring / Summer: requests are due the 1st Monday of February. Open registration starts the 3rd Monday of March  Organizations returning from last Fall: requests are due the 1st Monday of June. Open registration starts the 1st Monday of July.
